Who it's for

We take on organisations that meet all four of these:

In the Victoria area. Greater Victoria and the southern part of Vancouver Island.
Fewer than 3 paid staff. Zero, one, or two. All-volunteer groups count.
A real mission. You exist to help people, animals, or a community, not to sell something.
Someone who will own it. One named person in your group who will hold the passwords, make small updates, and be our contact after handoff.

You do not need to be a registered society or charity. You do not need any technical knowledge.

What you get: the 30-day package

Week 1: agree on the plan. We meet, listen, and write a one-page plan that says exactly what will be built, with what tools, and who will own each account. Nothing starts until you have agreed to it.
Weeks 2 and 3: build. We build it. You see progress every week and try it yourself.
Week 4: handoff. Every account is in your organisation's name. You get a written how-to in plain language, a training session for your owner, and a checklist of the few things to do each month.
After that: light maintenance on a sliding scale that starts at free. We agree on it in writing before the build starts, so there are no surprises.

What we build

A simple, accessible website that you can edit yourself.
A donation page using a payment provider in your name. Money goes straight to your account, never through us.
Volunteer sign-up and scheduling.
Forms that replace paper: intake, sign-ups, waivers, feedback.
Automation for repeated admin: reminders, lists, spreadsheets that fill themselves in, newsletters.
Help moving to free nonprofit plans for email, documents, and storage where your group qualifies.

We use boring, well-known tools on purpose. They are free or nearly free, other people know how to use them, and they will still work after we are gone.

What we will not do

Build custom software that needs a programmer forever. If it cannot be handed over, we do not build it.
Keep the keys. Every account and domain is in your name from day one.
Handle your donors' money. It goes to your account, not ours.
Work for businesses, political parties or campaigns, or groups that charge the people they serve.
Write your grants or run your fundraising. We build the tools; the asking is yours.
Move sensitive records (health, clients, minors) without a written plan for privacy first.
Start a second build until the first one is being used.
